The 2S-025-08 is a compact, economical 2-way, 2-position solenoid valve in the 2S Series designed for general pneumatic or low-pressure fluid systems. In its standard configuration it is normally closed (i.e., in the de-energised state the valve remains shut, and when the coil is powered the valve opens). The valve features a ~¼″ (DN08) port size, small orifice (~2.5 mm) and is suitable for use with filtered air, water or non-corrosive fluids up to about 10 bar, with ambient and media temperature around -5 °C to +80 °C in many variants. Its construction allows for quick switching and compact installation in automation, pneumatic control or fluid circuits.
