The Techno 2W-160-15 (part no. 955305) is a direct-acting 2-port, 2-way solenoid valve configured to operate in a normally open (N.O.) fail-safe state. In its de-energised state, the valve remains open, allowing fluid or gas flow; when the solenoid coil is energized, the valve closes, stopping the flow. This design is ideal for applications where continuous flow is required unless a signal is applied to shut off the flow.
