2/2 Normally Open Valve ( Economy model )

The Techno 2W-160-15 (part no. 955305) is a direct-acting 2-port, 2-way solenoid valve configured to operate in a normally open (N.O.) fail-safe state. In its de-energised state, the valve remains open, allowing fluid or gas flow; when the solenoid coil is energized, the valve closes, stopping the flow. This design is ideal for applications where continuous flow is required unless a signal is applied to shut off the flow.

Port size: ½″ (G1/2) female threads

Orifice: ~16 mm

Pressure range: up to ~1 MPa (10 bar) under N.O. condition

Temperature range: –5 °C to +80 °C (standard NBR seal), extended with EPDM/Viton

Media compatibility: air, water, neutral liquids (check seal compatibility for oil/gas)

Coil Voltages: 12 VDC / 24 VDC / 24 VAC / 110 VAC / 220 VAC (variant dependent)
